Import charges
Any charges payable by the customer, or their method of calculation, must be disclosed before purchase.
Address changes and failed delivery
Check your address before ordering. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed.
We will try to help, but changes may not be possible after dispatch. Any proposed redelivery charge must be reasonable, lawful and explained before you agree.
A failed delivery does not automatically mean that you lose your purchase price or cancellation rights.
Delayed, missing or damaged orders
Email contact@ordelwick.com if your order is delayed, missing, damaged or marked as delivered when you have not received it.
We will investigate with the carrier. Please retain relevant packaging where practical. We do not impose a short reporting deadline as a condition of your statutory rights.
Where a delivery deadline is missed, you may be entitled to give an appropriate additional delivery period and cancel if it is also missed. In circumstances recognised by law, including refusal to deliver or failure to meet an essential agreed deadline, you may cancel immediately.
Any refund due will be made as required by law.
Responsibility for goods
We normally remain responsible until physical delivery to you or your nominated recipient, subject to the statutory exception for an independently commissioned carrier.
For cancellations and returns, please see our return and refund policy.
