Our return, shipping and privacy policies provide further information. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Product information

We aim to describe products accurately. Screen settings may affect the appearance of colours, but goods must still correspond with their description.

Please check the product information and measurements before ordering. We will not substitute materially different goods without your agreement.

Orders and acceptance

You can review your basket and correct your details before placing an order.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An initial order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order and does not itself constitute acceptance.

We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation, unless we expressly accept it earlier. We provide confirmation in a form you can retain.

If we cannot accept an order because goods are unavailable, delivery is unsupported or a genuine pricing error requires clarification, we will explain and promptly refund any payment taken.

We will not charge an increased price without your agreement or arbitrarily cancel an accepted order.

Prices and payments

Prices for UK orders are shown in GBP (£).

Applicable VAT and other unavoidable charges will be included or clearly accounted for before you commit to purchase. Delivery charges and any additional costs will be disclosed before payment.

Optional extras require your express agreement. Available payment methods appear at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery services, charges and timeframes are explained in our shipping policy and at checkout.

Responsibility for goods normally remains with us until you, or your nominated recipient, take physical possession. A statutory exception may apply where you independently commission a carrier we did not offer.

Carrier or supplier problems do not automatically remove our responsibility to you.

Ownership passes once full payment has been received, without affecting your statutory remedies.

Cancellation, returns and faulty goods

Our return and refund policy explains cancellation rights, returns, refunds and faulty-goods remedies.

Any voluntary return offer is additional to your statutory rights. We will not require store credit instead of a refund where a monetary refund is legally due.

Accounts and website use

Please provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its security or submit unlawful content.

Any proportionate restriction of website access will not remove rights relating to existing orders or refunds.

Intellectual property and third parties

Website content may be protected by intellectual-property rights belonging to Ordelwick or other rights holders.

Buying a product does not transfer ownership of those rights.

Third-party websites and services may have separate terms. Shopify hosts our store, but the seller identified above remains responsible for its consumer sales obligations.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation and statutory obligations that cannot be excluded.

These terms concern personal consumer purchases. Any lawful restriction relating to commercial losses does not remove mandatory consumer protections.

If an event outside our reasonable control affects fulfilment, we will communicate with you and take reasonable steps to reduce its effects. Your delivery, cancellation and refund rights continue to apply.

Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@ordelwick.com, including relevant order details. We will investigate and explain the outcome.

Where applicable rules require it, we will provide details of a relevant alternative dispute resolution body and explain whether we are obliged or willing to participate.

You retain access to competent courts.

Governing law:

Any choice of law does not deprive consumers of mandatory protections that apply to them. These terms do not require a UK consumer to bring proceedings exclusively in a distant or foreign court.

Changes

The terms applicable when your order is placed govern that purchase. Later updates apply prospectively unless a lawful and agreed change applies.

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue as far as legally possible.
